Cancellation Policy — Standard

• If the customer cancels at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure they’ll receive a 100% refund of the unpaid portion, minus deposit, if any.
• If the customer cancels at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure they’ll receive a 80% refund of the unpaid portion, minus deposit, if any.
• If the customer cancels within 1 day of the scheduled departure they’ll receive a 0% refund.

A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. All tour prices are quoted in US Dollars. Pick-up and drop-off points farther than the Ubud area require a $25 US surcharge for the extended area and time, collected on the date of the tour.
